Botox – softening wrinkles and fine lines
Botox is a cosmetic treatment used to reduce wrinkles and fine lines. Small amounts of botulinum toxin type A are injected directly into the targeted muscles.
The procedure is quick and relatively painless, often taking just a few minutes and requiring no anaesthetic. The effect usually lasts three to six months, after which the treatment can be repeated to maintain the result.
